Issues Installing The Game- Help Greatly Appreciated!

Ive tried what seems like everything there is to install this game!  I have played DCS for 4-5 years and never had an issue downloading this bad.  Everytime I try it says that Server capacity may be limited at the moment. Please, try again later.  I have tried for multiple days now.  I have completely deleted and reinstalled as well as run the cleanup and repair apps.  I have disabled all antivirus including defender and have reset PC multiple times.  I have run as Admin and tried installing the stable version as well. Nothing will work, if it doesn't have this error then it downloads for about a minute and then comes back with this error or the curl 6 error.  No clue what the issue is.

mine doesn't even load after I got an update today.  It freezes in the main menu and cant see any of my modules.  so annoying
