edm model can not load, because modal has invalid bounding box

Save model again as blender/3ds file with different name, open newly safed file and export again

Thanks for reply, i solved it by export to OBJ then import in 3ds max again.

Same problem here, I tried exporting to OBJ as cloudyaaron said and still not working

Re-save the model or export and import it, either way should work.
