The 3 green lights on my black box for Gunfighter 3 are not staying on

Any  ideas would be great.

This stick is becoming a nightmare.

grip to extension

the little wire inside you undo to change springs

Does the stick work ok?

I only have a blue light on with mine.

Pretty sure those lights can be programmed in the software also.

It should just be one blue light, usually

The stick itself is great, but initial set up can be slightly awkward if you bought base and grip separately it has to have the bios flashed. But if you bought them as a set, it should ve pretty straightforward.

It seems the lights are  no big deal if they are not red an my buttons and axis all work so I guess it is OK
