Lange_666 Posted February 12, 2021 Posted February 12, 2021 (edited) I have a installed a mod (Larger FPS indicator mod) which triggers the "Client is tainted" action on any server with integrity check. This mod just makes the text of the onboard FPS indicator a tad bigger because on my 27" 2560x1440 display the original size is way to small for my old eyes. The message only comes to life the moment i hit LCTRL-PAUSE to bring op de FPS indicator (it can be well into the game when i want to check my frames, it isn't a problem as long as the file isn't loaded). Unfortunately it's really hard, and almost impossible, try to find all the mod and test/validate the good one from the bad one, and that's why any change to the game, must be considered as potential cheat. Rather then ask to remove Integrity check on some mod, it will be better if they allow people to better scale GUI, text, etc, is not a problem of FPS counter. BTW, if your problem is just the FPS, use the nvidia control panel ( if you have an nvidia GPU ) or something like msi afterburner +riva tuner OSD. You can turn around the problem. p.s. personal note as public server admin, I will never turn off integrity check for any reason for the sake of community, and sometime in the past, IC it was also to much permissive or kick off people really after long time that a people with tainted client join server!
