I was wondering are their plans to have add on modules for MAC, similar to what we have with DCS and also I'm assuming the cockpits will be flaming cliffs, but would there be any possibility of having some things clickable at least in VR?

There's very little info on MAC, and I don't know for sure if they've even started on it except in a preliminary fashion, considering they even took down their videos about it. I wouldn't waste a lot of braincells worrying about it, if I was you.
