modelviewer 2 and indicator lights

Is it possible in model viewer 2 to light indicators? I tried to change the value of the argument corresponding to a known indicator light, but I saw no changes.

In MV, you can change values for the animation, or with "tools" i think show the connectors, if that is what you mean by light indicators

Yes I know this tool and it works well for button animations for example, but I don’t seem to make it work for indicators that light on. Is there something special about indicator lights?

I tried again today. For some models, like JF17, it works fine, for others like M2000, the button or indicator doesn't light up.

If anybody has an explanation, that would be great, else I'll just consider it an oddity of some models...
