VORDME and ILSDME ?

Cant find any combined VORDME or ILSDME stations in any of the various maps. Do they exist in Sim and if not why not as they are a common Real world Navaids

There are AFAIK only ILS, VOR, no combined VOR/DME or ILS/DME. Only TACAN's & RSBN's gives you radial/distance info. To bad IMO.

Found a VORTAC that works in the Persian Gulf map. There would also seem to be a VORDME there as well ... has the VORDME symbol but only gives bearing info. (C101CC)
