maybe a stupid question but how to disable the mods? Do I need to delete them under mods folder or is there a better way?

The easiest way is to do a DCS repair, deleting unnecessary files when it asks you about that, and then not re-installing any.

ok I installed ovgme and I think it should do the job

image.pngyou mean to disable this one?

No. I meant you should uncheck all the boxes on the right hand side under VOIP CONTROL and move the slider to "Broadcast Parallel." But it would also be a good idea while testing to uncheck the one you indicated.

yes for viper pilots it is not working at all due to this issue. I am considering a clean dcs install to check if it will fix something but no idea what kind of headache such reinstall can cause in regard to my dcs key, etc. setups..

Actually, that is wrong if you're talking about SP. It's absolutely fine for me. I'm using 2.5.24 though.
For MP I wouldn't know.
I read through the whole thread yesterday, and it left me curious if you did all of the suggestions provided, as it seems that very few users have this issue. I counted three or four responding here.
Want to give it another go? I'm pretty sure this has something to do with MP, if that's where you have this issue.
Cheers!
