Switch TWS Targets

Couple questions:

 

1) What is the key to switch between the different TWS targets?

2) Do you need to press T5_press on each TWS target to queue them up?

Just so happens I've been studying Chuck's guide, so if you can be so helpful and point to the area in the TWS Radar instructions that answer either of my questions that'd be much more helpful than your pointless comment.
