fixed TACAN table: MVAR input not working

Hello!

Since the TACAN table (accessible via HSI->DATA->TCN) is not populated on the Syria map I tried to enter the data for a (hand placed mobile) TACAN station by myself via UFC input.

I realized that MVAR entry will not populate the data in the table, all other fields are working fine.
