Missile employment would be the primary means of engagement, counter hobs is a real thing and negates any kind of typical "BFM" geometry as well as defensive BFM only lasting a few seconds until you either die to a heater or your wingman kills the guy. There's obviously a lot more to it than that. Agree.... but we were talking video Game, DCS pure BFM, and pure perfo. I'm caricaturing but answering to bonesvf103 , "who cares about 1C 2C flow, because real life 1v1 doesn't exist anymore" is not precise and correct enough to me as a gamer of DCS who love BFM and put data into it. Excuse my english, but 2sec faster per turn turnrate 13,4°/sec = ....turntime? vs turnrate 12,3°/sec = ...turntime? my humble test (~13,4°): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwsol_p524A&t=6s 1,1° per sec, its not dang close, its far away....... from the point of view of a hardcore guns duel fighter I have to add: The DCS-F18 have a lower emty weight in OpenBeta 2.7 (-549lbs) Edited May 10, 2021 by HDpilot 1 hardware to fly around the world now У авторов РЛЭ уж точно данные продувок в распоряжении были
