Flickering black spaces in index

Hi, I'm noticing an uptick in the number of weird black artifacts during play using Valve index. Sometimes it takes up one whole eye, other times it will take up a few hundred pixels. It would flicker in and out of existence.

please remove all unofficial mods or shader edits run a full cleanup and repair or verify if steam. 

 

ensure windows and display driver is up to date. 

 

if possible post a short track replay so I can try and reproduce on my g2
