Vino Posted April 17, 2021 Posted April 17, 2021 Hi all! Having problems folding cats wings. Before takeoff they work well. After landing, I can not fold 'em... This did happen after I upgraded to 2.7. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

The_Tau Posted April 18, 2021 Posted April 18, 2021 (edited) Well, if you want to do it by the book, you have to pull handle out and move it to 68 degree position, wait for wing air bags to deflate (which seal the system, takes like 15 sec) and then you can move handle to oversweep. Second DCS way is to pull handle up, then down, then move it to oversweep and then pull up again. No need to wait for bags to deflate, wings would go to oversweep automatically after that Oh and make sure you didn't broke flaps with over speeding, obviously flaps need to be up for wings to work Edited April 18, 2021 by The_Tau Tau's Youtube channel Twitch channel https://www.twitch.tv/the0tau
Vino Posted April 19, 2021 Author Posted April 19, 2021 Yes. The problem is flaps. Somehow I can not get them up. And there is a flaps light burning.
BonerCat Posted April 19, 2021 Posted April 19, 2021 Sounds like you extended the flaps when you were too fast, and they got stuck Max IAS for landing flap extension is 225 kt IIRC If that's not the issue, make sure that the flaps handle (left of the throttle) is actually coming all the way forward (to the up position). It could be your binds are set up wrong, if you're not using it with mouse clicking Modules: F-14, F-15C, F-16C, F/A-18C, M-2000C, A-10C, A-10C II, AV-8B N/A, MiG-29, Su-33, MiG-21 Bis, F-5E, P-51D, Ka-50, Mi-8, Sa 342, UH-1H, Combined Arms Maps and others: Persian Gulf, Syria, Normandy, WWII Assets, NS 430 + Mi-8 NS 430
