Lan Instruction - How To?

Hi I am new to these forums, but been reading them for years now. I have been playing LOMAC since it was released.

 

I have a small group (lol 2) of friends who are interested in learning the game and we fly online often, using Hamachi (VPN).

 

However I noticed a keyboard control to Toggle Control as a LAN instructor. Does this feature work? Because it would make it very easy to teach the game to others then.

 

I would love to set up a virtual online training school for the A10 and F15.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

Is there no-one that has experimented with the LAN instructor feature?

That was possible up through LOMAC V1.02, IIRC. The coding was hidden. There was a mod available at one point. You might try doing a search. The coding was removed in V1.1 (Flaming Cliffs). Never tried to use it myself. By the time I found out about it, I had moved on to Flaming Cliffs.

It would be nice to have such option again. My squad has a large number of newbies, and it is very hard to explain things properly without actually pointing at something or overseeing someone.
