Game Not Starting After Update

Hello,

 

I haven't played DCS in a few months so I updated to the latest version today. When attempting to start the game itself it successfully logs me in automatically, and then the application just closes. There is no error message or anything else, it just completely stops. This includes DCS disappearing from the task manager. 

 

I've tried the repair utility, and have uninstalled and reinstalled DCS using Add or Remove Programs. None of those options resolved the issue.

Hi @Revenant. If you have the Frechpack mod installed, you need to update it to v4.5, otherwise DCS won't be able to start.

If you don't use the Frenchpack mod, please attach your dcs.log file ( C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS...\Logs\dcs.log - may appear as "dcs" ).

I had the same bug, andl like @Revenant, i've deleted the folder "Frenchpacks" and it works!!
