Hello I've only had this occur while in multiplayer using multicrew with a friend.

The track was slightly too large to attach so here is a google drive link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UW4mgmbeQTSdqfBTb-Atrk6BDDPZ-iYx/view?usp=sharing

The track does reproduce the error. I seems to occur in level flight with no sudden changes to the controls. I've had it as both the server host and a client the attached track shows when I am the server host.

Thanks,

JNelson

may be ping issues.

if one of you has high ping then strange things can happen.

like switches moving on their own and bits of the helicopter just randomly falling off.

My track files are corrupted but I can confirm what appears to be a  random tail boom failure in straight and level flight.  This would be in the single player mode.
