Passing out after manoeuvre

So I was doing the first mission in the big show campaign.  We meet the germans and the dustup begins, it looks epic on VR with all those contrials.  I get a geman on my six.  I roll around do a dive and pull up, quite gently I feel. But not my pilot.  He almost backs out. So I level off and fly just straight. After 5 or 10 seconds I pass out.

 

1. I levled off, he shouldn't have just passed out several seconds later.

2. I didn't feel my manoeuvre was that extreme.

If it went grey and your heartbeat was loud beforehand that would be your pilot going unconscious from wounding/etc.
Did you check the log?
