Hi. Please try these different solutions:

• Untick "Run as admininstrator" in DCS.exe "Compatibility" properties (right click on DCS.exe, tab "Comaptibility).
• Add this folder as an exception in your antivirus software: "D:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\"
• Disable Tacview

Could be worse. Could be Intel Pentium II and 64mb DDR struggling to close Internet Explorer slow. Its more than likely your hardware bud. You have a 4 Core CPU, 8GB Ram and a 1050TI. You need to upgrade tbh

Your pc borderline meets the Minimum system requirements. I would say in my opinion that would be the reason. Plus just because DCS is the only game that does it doesn't mean anything. All games are different so just because one game closes slow and others do not does not doesn't change the fact that your PC is under powered.
