Flak detection problem

Even with a 100% detection radius it seems that the flak only detects the planes when they are above them

See my track based on your mission: flak units do detect the aircraft, they just don't shoot when aircraft are too far off.

I had noticed that and that's what I blame Flak for, they act as if they were out of reach or undetected
