F-15C HOTAS and Keyboard Layout Question

Hello Everyone.  I accidently erased the entire layout for the F-15C in Flaming Cliffs.  Is there a way to upload this?  I have no idea how to enter everything that was erased....

thank you for sending.  i'm having the hardest time assigning my Warthog HOTAS.  I go to settings under F-15C and I can't assign the throttle or the joystick.  When I go to "throttle" or roll left,right,up,down and move the HOTAS to assign it doesn't assign.  Am I forgetting to do something???
