schurem Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Hi gang, I wanted to build a mission where the player starts a Mi-24 from the deck of a cargo ship such as the Handy Wind. However, when I click it to start on ramp, it snaps to an airfield. If I click start on ground, a dialog pops up how the ship is not suitable ground. Help? Or am I desiring to do the impossible? Cheers, Schurem 1 I5 9600KF, 32GB, 3080ti, G2, PointCTRL

Cheers, Schurem Did you find any solution or work-around to this? I just ran into the same problem, very frustrasting, especially since the cargo ships and some destroyers obviously have a dedicated helicopter landing position, so there really shouldn't be an issue to using the "take-off from parking hot" or similar option. But it doesn't seem to work. Regards, Snappy
ex81 Posted November 23, 2021 Posted November 23, 2021 It works pretty well as you can see in this example. Download the .miz and give it a try. Heli-on-Cargo-Test.miz What goes up, must come down !
