Large Groups of AI Aircraft Trying to Air Refuel

I've created a mission with 24 F/A-18's and 6 Tankers. In real life missions are planned with aircraft assigned to tank on specific tankers. This prevents too many aircraft from trying to tank off one tanker as well as maximizing refueling aircraft as quickly as possible. If there's no way to assign aircraft to specific tankers, please include it.
