airea Posted November 13, 2008 Posted November 13, 2008 I have the same situation here. I was able to play FC last week. But this week I just installed a new hdd and starforce asks me for a new activation, which I dont have one. I used the registry save thing but it did not work either... I sent 2 emails to activation@lockon.ru, bu no reply yet...

BlackFallout Posted November 20, 2008 Posted November 20, 2008 Hey guys, I only have 1 activation left for Lock on FC I couldn't use the registry I backed up because I rebuilt my computer and reinstalled windows. I would like to know how I go about resetting my activations?

You should have saved the reg on a USB stick or something similar. But im sure you will get additional activations once you run out of your current batch. I'm sorry I didnt explain it clearly, I meant to say that I saved the Reg on a differant hard drive than the one windows is on and then after I reinstalled windows and reinstalled Lock on the Reg wouldn't work because starforce was detecting a hardware change.
