TheRigere Posted July 5, 2021 Posted July 5, 2021 I’ve seen the videos showing Cyprus in the Syria map but Cyprus does not show up on mine. It can only be seen on one of the moss and not in mission editor. I fly over it but literally nothing is there even tho it’s supposed to be. Just wondering why
randomTOTEN Posted July 5, 2021 Posted July 5, 2021 (edited) Probably because you are not using the Open Beta version of DCS. EDIT: Didn't know it got pushed to Stable version already... my bad! Edited July 5, 2021 by randomTOTEN
Tom Kazansky Posted July 5, 2021 Posted July 5, 2021 Cyprus is already on stable version. No need for OB. So what is your version of DCS?

I updated to it then purchased and installed Syria The odd part is in mission editor or f10 map you only see Cyprus on the legit “map” but not in “alt” or “sat” version. I flew over where Cyprus is but nothin but ocean
Tom Kazansky Posted July 5, 2021 Posted July 5, 2021 What is the exact version of your DCS 2.7.x. You need at least OB 2.7.2.7910.1 Or stable 2.7.2.8165.2
TheRigere Posted July 5, 2021 Author Posted July 5, 2021 I’ll have to check it but it’s whatever version was available two weeks ago when I installed 2.7
Tom Kazansky Posted July 5, 2021 Posted July 5, 2021 The latest stable version was released on 25th of June. Maybe you have an older one.
DD_fruitbat Posted July 5, 2021 Posted July 5, 2021 Its defiantly there, cause I'm flying over it here! Almost certainly you need to update and have a version just a little to old.
