I am assuming that you checked the user files on ED's website.
Personally I haven't created this one.

There isn't a paint job for TPS #15, but thanks to Santus, I did find the normal red/white scheme where he said it was.

@Santussome of your older F-5E skins have just gone out of date. the three part F-5E skinpack has a lot of out of date textures. theyre not WRONG theyre just old (beautiful none the less)
