External tanks doesn't transfer fuel to internal tanks, but instead fuel from external tanks goes directly to the engine even if you only have 200lbs of internal fuel. Is this how it should be, or did i not press something in the cockpit.

@Svend_DellepudeYeah this is how it should be. Fuel from the left and right feed group ( L/R external tank, L/R internal wing tank, L/R front tanks and L/R feed tanks) is transferred to their respective center feed tank and then to the engine by a boost fuel pump.

What you describe is a bug. Fuel should not transfer directly from external or wing tanks to the center feed tanks. It should transfer from:

Outboard External   ->   Inboard External  ->  Internal Wing  ->  Front/Rear Internal  ->  Left/Right Center Feed.

this is correct

to be 100% correct it is according to NFM-000

Right Intermediate Ext.-> Right Inboard Ext. -> Right Wing Tank ->Rear Tank -> Right Center Feed Tank

Left Intermediate Ext. -> Left Inboard Ext. -> Left Wing Tank -> Left and Right Front Tank -> Left Center Feed Tank

I’m guessing you have the 2008 NATOPS. Read 2.7.3, sentences 3 and 4. it’s very clear.

 Ok. Sep 2011 NATOPS, we are on the same page. FO-4. What I am guessing that you are seeing that looks like a connection between the Right Internal Wing Tank and the Right Center Feed Tank is not actually a connection between the two. Look closely. It stops short and has a number 1 next to it which refers to the note "Pressurization, vent, and drains omitted for simplification." Look at the Left Center Feed Tank and you will see it there as well.

Then go to page 2-25, paragraph 2.7.3, and read sentences 3 and 4 like I recommended. It's very clear.

@Svend_Dellepude @Pacbeachdr @Wisky

Seems the logic is this:

Left side:

L outboard external - L inboard external - Internal Wing tanks - L & R front tanks - L feed tank.

Right side:

R outboard external - R Inboard external - Internal Wing tanks - Rear tank - R feed tank.

I will send it to SME and add it to the bug system. Thanks
