I need help white the Maverick

All the time I do like the movie in YouTube and f16 guide bat I missed something  

The Handshake don't work 

 

Wan I’m in rang Look on the target bat the Handshake not work

In HUD symbology  when I want to shot the Flight Path Marker flashing 

Or I do get a shooting option and also show me a C but Maverick hits a completely different target

An idea to something What I'm doing is wrong  ?

 

 

Weapon selection on A-G

Sms on pre mood

SMS select on the A65D

Maverick ON

TGP ON

In the TGP Paige on auto 

Laser on 

Master Arm on 

Look on the target 

Maverick symbology  on T and not go to C

Are you trying to use TGP to target it? Try first the Mav on VIS or BORE mode and see if it works for you.

 

If that works, use the TGP to look at an area, then switch the Maverick to PRE, TMS down for it to look at the same area of the pod, then refine the lock in the Maverick page itself.

 

If that also works, then you go back and try the auto-handoff.

 

The handoff doesn't magically works. For example, you could lock in TGP a target outside the Maverick lock range, so you should not expect a Mav lock in that situation.

as far as i know. not all maverick types are able to handle auto handoff. which means putting the TGP on auto, doesn't work if the maverick cannot handle that setting. 

 

Also, don't expect to get a complete lock at say, 15nm away. Completed handoff only works when you are close enough for the maverick to lock on. The TGP can lock targets from much further away.

Forget the TGP. Arm the Maverick, set it to VIS mode, slave it in the HUD to the target, TMS up to lock it to the general area, then DMS down to make the Maverick screen SOI, hit FOV button to zoom in, then slave over the target, TMS up, and fire when in range.

And, holy acronym Batman.
