20210508_193410_MixedReality.jpg Yesterday, I discovered a thing of mi reverb G2, running my headset discovered than with voice recognition activated and withe WIN+Y pressed to stay something like in the mixed reality program, whith the controllers off, when I say "linterna activada" (I am spanish , I think in english sould be activate flaslight or flaslight activate or someting else), I can see my monitor and my MFDs an all my desktop.

So, When I fly DCS , I say the magic words and can see my MFD, touch the real key and return to DSC with "linterna desactivada" (flashlight off I supose)

It is not the best option in terms of inmersion, but for me it works.

I have instead tried to place the MFDs so that they match up pretty well where I see them in VR. Also added a little bump on the middle button of each row, and it's pretty easy to find the correct button.

Start by reaching out to correct side of MFD I want to click a button. I manage to find the correct side by looking in VR without seeing my hands. Then I find the bumper on the middle button by touch for the row I'm about to click, and navigate the buttonclick from there (Direct click, or one or two buttons from the bumper). Usually that makes me click the correct button on the first try, and it's pretty fast as long as the MFD position maps up pretty well.

Ditto. Also read from someone in the Forum that he had mapped each of the TM Cougar MFD buttons with "left mouse click" and he just has to look at the buttons ingame and it doesn't matter if he presses a wrong button on the TM Cougar MFD. Sounded interesting as well.

I have used the voice controls to great benefit. Using the flashlight/passthrough is the best way to find my drink without spilling it.

Being able to adjust volume with verbal commands is great, as well as being able to access the desktop while in-game without using any controls.

However, just typing on my keyboard gets recognized as a "select" command and while using voice chat with online multiplayer, the voice commands inadvertently recognize the speech as valid commands causing all kinds of mayhem, including causing DCS or SteamVR to crash. These problems happened so often, I was forced to disable it. If there was an easy way to enable/disable voice commands with a directx button or even a verbal command, I would go back to using it. If I could select which commands are available and suppress the ones causing problems, I would go back to using it. But there are no good options, so I live without voice commands, losing the flashlight, volume, and desktop. I can use the keyboard, which is better than having to grab a VR controller, but voice commands are so much more convenient when they work.
