SRS causing crash in KA-50

Load into KA-50, then I select the auto start, then the screen freezes, and when I back out via ctrl+alt+Del, I see a window had popped up for SRS approval to do something. 
 

100% repeatable by other gamers on my server. 
 

if I keep SRS closed I’m able to game.

I cannot reproduce your issue. I connect to a server, I enter a cold Ka-50, SRS auto-connects, then I hit LCtrl + Home and the autostart procedure works as usual. I'm then able to take off.

 

Do you folks use any Ka-50 mods?
