DCS forgets my settings each time i log off

I just reinstalled DCS on new SSD,  use ihopiworks export app.

 

tonight, my exporter stopped, my export display, sim went crazy. 
When i rebooted, the Options settings are blank.  My video settings, reset.  the App boots and quits.
Every time i boot, again, its resets.  (i changes audio, rudder trim, cockpit specials, video settings... every time i boot up)

 

This is the second time ive had this problem. I cant afford 200 gigs worth of data to reinstall again.

 

Whats the problem?

Hi. All your custom settings should be stored here : "C:\Users\Saved Games\DCS" (or DCS.openbeta). They are not supposed to change or be deleted when you reboot your PC.

Here's a test for you:

1. Backup your whole "Saved Games\DCS..." folder (make a copy and name it "DCS_backup" for instance).
2. Reboot.
3. Check if your "DCS..." folder is still here.
4. Launch DCS.
5. If it happens to you again at this point, exit DCS then compare your "DCS_backup" and "DCS..." folders.
