VR cockpit shadow without ground shadow ?

is there a mod to use cockpit shadow without having ground shadows which are very consuming  ?

Shadows for Reduced Frame Rate Impact, is a another MOD from Kegteys, that I have fiddled with to give me medium shadows inside the cockpit, which gives a nice effect and The Flat Shadow Removal MOD (does exactly what it says on the tin) turns shadows off for virtually everything else, from @Mustang (setting terrain shadows to off and Cockpit shadows to medium has a similar effect) combined they save about 0.4ms on CPU and GPU time.

 

At this point we have exceeded the performance of the VR Preset, with better visual acuity and visual immersion.
