Voice Attack Issue.

So I just got voice attack and when I set up a command as full command it works great. But when I switch it to a command prefix it stops registering it as the command it was. Voice attack still recognizes I'm saying it but it doesn't execute it like when it was full command. Idk if I missed something somewhere, but any help would be greatly appreciated. I used this as reference.

There is a few things that could be causing this you may need to adjust the % correctness for each command or you u need to add the command to the top line in side of key binding settings and then make sure you apply.    I am talking about the main top line you can type in center top of Settings just to be clear.
