'Cold Start' Mission for the Fw 190 A-8?

I've been practising cold starts with the Spitfire Mk IX.

 

I'm now moving to the Fw 190 A-8 but I see that there is no 'cold start' mission  for this aircraft.

 

Does anyone have a 'cold start' mission for the Fw 190 A-8?

what maps do you have? I'll try to muster something up if you've never used the Mission Editor, it's actually not that difficult.

You could use the mission editor and change the Spitfire to FW190-A8 (and save it with an appropriate name)

I've tried the mission and am unable to start my engine.

I think that I had switched all circuit-breakers on but I don't get a reading for either of the two fuel tanks - am I doing something wrong?
