Getting error when running OpenBeta update just released  "Can't Delete e:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\CoreMods/aircraft/Christen Eagle II/bin/CE2.dll: (5) Access is denied."  ..

Retry Fails repeatedly .. can only cancel and then update install halts.

Note: DCS World Beta now CTDs from Login Screen and will not load

Note: I do not own the Christen Eagle Module

Note: this is not the Steam Version of DCS Beta

DCS ran as ghost after failed update and CTDs (had to kill task in Task Manager).... also rebooted..

This process cleared the issue and the install proceeded properly this time.

Problem corrected with input from Discord help desk personnel

Indeed, I had the very same problem:

I tried deleting the file manually, but when Windows said the file was "in use" I knew DCS was still running in the background...
