freebirduk Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Relative newb here. Bought the Mosquito. Yay! It's available now. Yay! But where is it? Am I correct in figuring that the early access status means that it's only available on the Open Beta version of DCS? If so, do I have to uninstall the stable version and reinstall everything or can I run stable and beta in parallel? Or will the beta overwrite the stable? If I have both installed will they share resouces or will I lose another significant chunk of my SSD? Will my other licences for the stable version work with the Open Beta? How stable is the open beta? Windows Vista stable or Windows 10 stable?

You can either install both at the same time or upgrade your stable to open beta via some commands Each version is standalone, so if you have both, they will not share data and you will "loose" space for nothing. The only time they share data is when downloading, so you dont have to wait hours again. Yes, license work on both branches.
