reported earlier ATGM sight closes in the wrong order. (Visual Bug)

Both me and my wing-mate noticed that the ATGM sight closes it's metal plate cover before the glass one, causing the glass shield to phase through the metal outer plating.  Does not appear to cause any functionality issues, just a simple animation bug.
