Track Files - Everything is wrong

Hi Fellow Pilots,

 

I mainly only fly my F/A-18C. As I am practising with the aim of improving, I was starting to Save my Track files, but everything is off. I had a mission starting starting with me 1 mile behind the tanker, same level, same speed, and I approached it slowly, and then managed my first A/A refuel 

 

When I view the saved track file, it shows everything as was, apart from the fact I am about 1,000ft below where i actually way,  This is not what happened in reality, or TacView

Tracks replays in DCS are broken. The only way to sort it sometimes is with this tutorial:

I just managed to get good with AAR too. But I knew about the broken tracks, so I recorded my screen too. I'm also using VAICOM which is not supported by the tracks either, so I didn't use VAICOM for those sessions. But I haven't bothered to try to replay yet.
