Looking for semi-serious squadron without regular participation obligation

Hello everyone,

I am a EU based pilot (Germany) and looking for some people to fly and learn with. Since my available time varies a lot, I won't be able to participate reliably and regularly in squadron events. Therefore I am looking for a squadron with no obligations regarding participation.

What am I looking for:

I don't want to be part of an extremely serious squadron (no "Sir" etc.) but I don't want it to be extremely casual neither. I like learning and sticking to real-life procedures, radio and brevity codes when flying missions where everybody agreed on being serious. On the other hand, I also like casual flying and trying some stupid things while chatting with my comrades.

I am exclusively flying modern aircrafts even though I have some warbirds in my virtual hangar. Therefore, I am looking for a squadron that focuses on modern birds. I am more of a chopper guy, desperately waiting for the Apache and Kiowa Warrior, but I also enjoy fixed wing aircrafts (I have a glider pilot license). So a mixed squadron that offers chopper and fixed wing pilots a home is also  a requirement.

Also: Since I am using the open beta branch, my future squadron should also be using it.

My modules and setup:

The modules I have the most experience with are the F-18, A-10, Ka-50 and the Huey. I own all chopper modules and all maps. As additional fixed wing I have the F-14, F-16 , the Harrier and the Viggen, even though I never touched the Viggen so far. Furthermore I have the combined arms and supercarrier modules.

For debriefings, I have a TacView pro license and for more realistic coms with the AI I recently purchased the VAICOM plugin for Voice Attack.

What do I offer:

Since I got my VR goggles and discovered DCS 9 month ago, I have already gathered 570 hours (steam) on DCS. So 63 hours on average per month. It's not all flying time since I also spend some time in the mission editor. As I said before, I can not promise to contribute regularly, but as the numbers show, I am also not the person that appears once every few months and then vanishes again for half a year.

I am also willing to contribute to server and other upkeep costs if is not overly expensive.

What else:

I have a real close friend that I am flying with once a week on Sundays. I am not sure if he would also join the squadron, but I won't cancel this regular appointment with him, if not. So ideally, the squadron also accepts guests on their servers.

I think I have covered the most important informations. If not, feel free to ask 🙂

Thanks for all your responses. Really appreciate it that you took the time to read my requirements 🙂  I will check out your websites, forums etc. and report back once I figured out which squadron fits my needs best.
