Troops on board when you start airborne

So I've found several tutorials showing you  an get troops to embark fly away land and get them to disembark.

But I haven't found a way to start a mission in the air with troops on board.

Only available from in the M/Editor..
Select Group > Select Late Activation > Land in Zone > Activate Group
