Hydraulic handpump not modeled ?

Does anyone know if handpump functionality to operate the hydraulic system when the engine pumps are not running is still WIP ?

I searched but couldnt find any past topic, and the Early Access FAQ marks the hydraulic system as complete.

 

This type of pump is working, albeit with some quirks, in the P47 and as an easy test can be used for example to raise the flaps while on the ground with engine off.

Very unlikely, I would think, as there are no keybinds available to operate it.

(You do get animation with mouse clicks though.)

I don't even have a cursor hitbox to click on it, though I can operate the emergency knob next to it.
