PHMAC Posted January 12, 2022 Posted January 12, 2022 +1 for visibility because this is a great episode. Learned some technical aspects of the AH-64 that I wasn’t aware of. Apparently the pilot is able to manually manipulate the angle of the horizontal stabilizer to change the pitch angle of the aircraft to assist when firing rockets. I wonder if this will be simulated.

That’s one thing it does I guess. Edited January 12, 2022 by kgillers3
M1Combat Posted January 12, 2022 Posted January 12, 2022 At least early on the interviewer seems very dismissive and disrespectful to the interviewee... He interrupts, says "yeah, yeah, yeah" over the pilot like he's trying to let the person know he already knows what he's talking about and his time is being wasted. He should definitely let the speaker speak. Nvidia RTX3080 (HP Reverb), AMD 3800x Asus Prime X570P, 64GB G-Skill RipJaw 3600 Saitek X-65F and Fanatec Club-Sport Pedals (Using VJoy and Gremlin to remap Throttle and Clutch into a Rudder axis)
M1Combat Posted January 12, 2022 Posted January 12, 2022 He's doing a bit better later in the cast... Nvidia RTX3080 (HP Reverb), AMD 3800x Asus Prime X570P, 64GB G-Skill RipJaw 3600 Saitek X-65F and Fanatec Club-Sport Pedals (Using VJoy and Gremlin to remap Throttle and Clutch into a Rudder axis)

M1Combat Posted January 12, 2022 Posted January 12, 2022 Same... Maybe this feedback could make it's way back to the pod cast dude... Would help.
