Steel Jaw Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 Im afraid I do not see how to fly the mission in single player. What I am doing next to load the mission in DCSW? "You see, IronHand is my thing" My specs: W10 Pro, I5/11600K o/c to 4800 @1.32v, 64 GB 3200 XML RAM, Red Dragon 7800XT/16GB.
dark_wood Posted October 11, 2021 Posted October 11, 2021 Open DCS, go to missions, find Liberation liberation_nextturn.miz file (in Missions folder, Saved Games), open and fly like any other mission. In older versions, it was recommended that you open the mission file in Mission Editor first, then hit Fly - but is working direct from Missions (at least for me). More details here: Hope it helps you
jubuttib Posted October 12, 2021 Posted October 12, 2021 To improve performance in some cases you can also load up the mission on a dedicated server instance running on your computer, and join that via multiplayer menu. What this effectively is trying to accomplish is put some of the computation into the dedicated server thread instead of having everything happen in DCS, which as we know doesn't really do multithreading... 1
