fixed "Perform Task - Follow" action has incorrect label of "Countermeasures Fl" instead of "Interval"

When setting up the Follow action, there is an option to give the unit an interval (how far left/right of target) to follow.  This is incorrectly labeled as "Countermeasures Fl" instead of "Interval".  See below:

Looks like interval might be used twice in the localization file and it got overwritten or someone incorrectly changed the value.  It is reported.
