hardnard88 Posted October 25, 2021 Posted October 25, 2021 I have been having issues starting the f-16 I turn the battery on then start my JFS when it gets to 20% I hit the Rshift +home to got to idle and it doesnt do anything I even tried with auto start and nothing . I uninstalled the F-16 and reinstalled and it and same thing . I been flying it for over a year now and i tried everything . even repaired it . I need help please
MrYeti Posted October 25, 2021 Posted October 25, 2021 I found that too however I found that if you wait for it to go slightly over 20% (22 to 25%) let it settle and then RShift and Home and it works. Good luck.
hardnard88 Posted October 26, 2021 Author Posted October 26, 2021 I will try that , but i did an auto start and it also stayed right there it didn't start it shut auto start down
kiss4luna Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 hi! i have the same problem. even after passing 20% RPM then move the throttle it still can't start at all. RTX 3070
TEOMOOSE Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 (edited) Follow checklist ? - wait until SEC light goes out verify rpm, push throttle to idle. Works every time. Hung start is a thing now Edited January 4, 2022 by TEOMOOSE

Good luck. I confirm this. But don't wait too long before you set the throttle to IDLE, else the engine will be running but the auto-start sequence does not continue.
