Su-25 Engine Damage Model Texture

The damaged engine texture on the Su-25 is missing a LOD texture. Depending on the zoom level, a random camo pattern appears. This has persisted across several patches for me. I have tried repairing DCS and deleting fxo/metashaders. Still occurring in DCS 2.7.7.14727.
