fixed Anti Air ATAKA only achieves lock (via Petrovich) if target helo below yours

Anti Air ATAKA only achieves lock (via Petrovich) if target helo below yours. I can't see why this should be. There should be some room (+10 degrees? 20?) for shooting uphill??
It seems as though Pet can't judge distance with just the sky as background?

It needs to be bellow your nose, not bellow horizont. I also have a lot of issues with Petro going crazy if I point him above nose.

Solution is to pitch up and then point him where you need him to scan.

Latest patch seemed to fix that behaviour. Now Petrovich is scanning designated area just fine
