The air to ground radar is way too bright even at the lowest gain setting. Contrast doesn't work. In GMT you can't make out the bricks from the background. In GM the clutter looks almost identical from reflections. It's very hard to use effectively.

Radar slew? You mean antenna elevation slew?

yea, antenna elevation, it seems to adjust contrast of ground targets, it's very subtle.

? ant elev also determines scan zone in elevation for AG. by default, the ant elev at center of scan range or at SPI
