scission Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 I installed the russian version that I downloaded from this site, installation went fine. I entered the activation code and it said I had two left... no problem. I double click on the shortcut and....... nothing happens. In task manager it shows dcs.exe running for about 15 seconds then it is gone. I have no clue what to do here.. Running Vista 32
