reported earlier F-5E TACAN messed up when dialing with mouse drag instead of scroll wheel

Hi ED team,

0:00~0:10 scroll wheel (it works you can skip to 0:32)

0:13 shows the knob jumping around when dragging

0:32~0:40 mouse drag (after dragging TACAN 77X not working)

in 0:37 you can see 77X in Video, however replay track shows a different channel on TACAN panel.

Tested in multiple mission, easy to reproduce.
