VR Flight Guy in PJ Pants Posted December 7, 2021 Posted December 7, 2021 I notice the lower right of the "show control" has a "half diamond", as shown inside the yellow circle. What is ti? Will it affect me piloting the Hind? TiA. I Fly, Therefore I Am. One cannot go around not saying "Thank you" every time these days, can't you? admiki Posted December 8, 2021 Posted December 8, 2021 It's SPUU52 system. It limits pitch of tailrotor, depending on atmospheric conditions to protect from overtorque on tailboom. That mark is your limit. 1
VR Flight Guy in PJ Pants Posted December 8, 2021 Author Posted December 8, 2021 Is it a manual control or something? I Fly, Therefore I Am. One cannot go around not saying "Thank you" every time these days, can't you? YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCc9BDi-STaqgWsjNiHbW0fA
AeriaGloria Posted December 9, 2021 Posted December 9, 2021 You can turn it off, however when turned off it stays at position it was when on. So if you turn it on, it will limit your max right pedal at low altitude and if it isn’t too hot, turning it off won’t change that. If you need to manually adjust it use the wheel under the window that shows the spindle displacement(furthest left is no limiting, further right it moves the more your right pedal is limited). You can see the control diagram mark move as you manual move the adjustment wheel 1 2 Black Shark Den Squadron Member: We are open to new recruits, click here to check us out or apply to join! https://blacksharkden.com
